Golgi complex

The membranes of Golgi complex are similar to membranes of the endoplasmic reticulum. The complex is composed of several layers (usually four),laying near the nucleus.Small transport vesicles pinch off from the endoplasmic reticulum, and arrive and fuse with the Golgi complex. The transported substances are then processed to form secretory vesicles, lysosomes and other cytoplasmic components.
